ABOUT THE PROJECT

An aerobic art jam workout video compilation organized by Jake Myers. Mash up sound track by Chicago DJ group, the Hood Internet. More than a collection of videos, this project is about participation, and the performances that occur when a group of people get together to actually work out to the work out video! "You Better Work" has been worked out to in Chicago, Illinois and San Fransico, California.

Co-choreographed by Dara Benno and E. Aaron Ross. Shot and edited by E. Aaron Ross.
